Job Description

Organizes and oversee implementation of ICT projects

Key Responsibilities

i. Monitor the project schedule, including deadlines for each project task.
ii. Identify any potential issues or risks that could affect the progression of the project. And communicate these items with the Project Manager, and work to identify potential solutions.
iii. Maintains crucial project documents which track project progress.
iv. Support in communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
v. Support in review of progress and to discuss future steps.
vi. Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
vii. Coordinates with business, data, and ICT teams to align ICT projects
viii. Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
ix. Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.

Minimum Qualifications

i. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience will be an added advantage;
ii. Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, or related field from a recognized Institution.
iii. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certification.
iv. 2+ years of experience in a project management role.
v. Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
vi. Understanding of software development life cycle.
vii. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
viii. Strong people skills.
