Job Description
The overall responsibility is delivery and maintenance of IP network equipment’s and offering remote and on-site technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
i. Network Implementation ( Design, Delivery Installation & Maintenance of IP network devices)
ii. Network Monitoring & Optimization.
iii. Supporting Huawei Enterprise’s sales which includes solution demonstration, configuration guide, presale testing, and service presentation as well as after sales services to the clients
iv. Troubleshooting of customer complaint cases.
v. Responsible for Preliminary and Final Acceptance Tests.
vi. Field Support Engineer to Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Raise L1, L2 tickets.
vii. Training Huawei partners and customers.
viii. Software patches upgrade and Update.
Minimum Qualifications
i. Bachelor’s Degree or above, in IT/Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication /Computer Science or relevant major from a recognized University.
ii. 3 to 5 years of technical support background within the ICT industry or telecommunication
iii. Good understanding of network products, has experiences in the delivery of network products (router, switch, firewall, WLAN etc.)
iv. Deep understanding of data communication technologies, such as IGP/BGP, MPLS, QOS, Multicast etc.
v. Delivery experience of large-scale campus network or IDC projects and IP network experience such as technical support, design, network optimization and test.
vi. HCIE/HCNP/HCNA/CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certification is an added advantage.
