Job Description
We are looking recruit for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong recruiting experience. She or he will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a senior position in the organization and the successful candidate will be responsible to ensure that we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives, while promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and aligned to the client’s expectations
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with the applicable labour law
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Ensure all company Human Resource policies are applied consistently
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Partner with management to ensure strategic Human Resource goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Maintain the Human Resource systems and processes in the company Enterprise Resource Planning software
• Design and implement employee retention strategies
• Ensure efficient operational management of the human resource function in the organization and by extension to its clients
• Initiate, develop and implement appropriate human resource policies
• Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters
• Responsible for all Human Resource management and development including recruitment, and selection, discipline, grievance, mentoring, contracts of employment, training and development, talent management, succession planning and driving performance appraisals.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences or related field preferred
• Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite or equivalent) and able to learn other applications; and
• Shown merit, integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
