TRANSMISSION & ACCESS ENGINEER

The overall responsibility is to design, implement and maintain transmission networks.
Key Responsibilities
i. WDM , SDH and GPON HLD and LLD solution design and software version upgrade support to customers
ii. FOC Network Rollout & Supervision.
iii. Service commissioning and provisioning for WDM , SDH and Microwave
iv. Knowledge and Experience in Huawei Power solutions
v. Good knowledge of fiber designs and use of fiber optic tools
vi. Knowledge and experience in Huawei routers, switches and firewalls, and their interfaces with Huawei transmission products
vii. Customer support for all Transmission products within SLA
Minimum Qualifications
i. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
ii. Knowledge and Experience in Huawei Transmission equipment’s, routers, switches and firewalls, and their interfaces with Huawei transmission products highly desired.
iii. Good knowledge of fiber designs and use of fiber optic tools.
iv. Minimum 2 years computing experience.
v. HCIE/HCNP/HCNA/CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certification is an added advantage.
